We're open every day from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The last wash starts at 7:00 PM.

Yes. Laundromagic is a fully attended laundromat, so there's always someone on site to help, take wash & fold drop-offs, and keep the store clean.

Yes. The Laundromagic app is free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Use it to schedule pickups, track your order, and pay.
No. We specialize in laundry: self-service machines, wash & fold, pickup & delivery, and commercial laundry. We don't offer dry cleaning, alterations, or tailoring.

Getting started is easy — just click the "Schedule Pick Up" button at the top of this page. You'll be taken to our online booking system to choose your pickup date, time, and preferences.

Pick Up & Delivery is priced at $2.00 per pound for wash, dry & fold, which includes pickup and delivery to your door. A 20 lb minimum applies. New customers get $20 off their first order with code ITSMAGIC.
We serve Holyoke and surrounding towns including Springfield, Chicopee, South Hadley, West Springfield, Westfield, Agawam, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Easthampton, Northampton, Southampton, Amherst, and Enfield, CT. Not sure if you're in our zone? Enter your address and we'll let you know.
Most orders are turned around within 24 hours. You'll receive a notification when your laundry is on its way back to you.
No. Just leave your bag at the door at the scheduled time. We'll pick it up and drop it off without you needing to be there.
Wash & Fold
Orders are typically ready for next-day pickup. Same-day service is also available — just let our attendant know when you drop off and we'll do our best to have it ready for you.
Wash, dry & fold is $1.90 per pound. If you prefer wash, dry & bag (no folding), it's $1.50 per pound. Your order is weighed at drop off so you know the price upfront.
Drop-off wash & fold orders have a 10 lb minimum.
Yes. Blankets and comforters are $25 each — drop them off with the rest of your laundry and we'll wash and dry them for you.
Yes. Wash & fold, fluff & fold, and drop-off laundry service all mean the same thing: you drop off a bag of dirty laundry, and we wash, dry, and fold it for you.
Yes. Our Pick Up & Delivery service is the same wash, dry & fold, picked up from and returned to your door for $2.00 per pound with no delivery fees, across Holyoke, Springfield, Chicopee, and 10 more local towns.
No — your clothes are always sorted before washing. Just drop everything off together and we'll separate colors, whites, and delicates before any wash cycle begins.
We use a standard high-efficiency detergent. If you have a preference or sensitivity, feel free to bring your own and we'll use it for your order. We can accommodate most detergent requests — just ask at drop off.
Yes — custom wash settings are available. Whether you need a delicate cycle, hot water, a specific detergent, or any other preference, just let our attendant know at drop off.
Self-Service
Yes — every paid wash at Laundromagic includes completely free drying. No extra coins, no hidden fees. Just toss your clothes in a dryer when your wash is done and you're all set.
We carry a broad range of machine sizes to fit any load — from small single loads up to large-capacity machines for comforters, blankets, and bulk items. You only pay for the size you need.
We accept coins, cash, credit cards, debit cards, and our loyalty card. You'll always have a convenient way to pay.
No need — we have detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets available for purchase at our on-site vending machines.

Commercial Laundry
No. Laundromagic is a 100% customer-owned goods (COG) laundry service — we don't stock or rent linens today. We launder the linens, towels, and uniforms your business already owns and sends to us.
With linen rental, a company owns the linens and leases them to you — you get whatever's in rotation, and you're locked into a contract. With customer-owned goods (COG) service, you keep owning your linens, towels, and uniforms — we simply wash them. You control the brand, quality, and inventory; we handle the cleaning.
We launder linens, towels, and uniforms that you already own — we don't offer rental inventory. If you don't yet have your own linens, we're happy to recommend suppliers before you start service with us.
